Our office is open from 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri; 9am to 5pm Sat. and closed on Sun.

Our service hours are 8am - 7pm Mon - Sun

No, we do not offer overnight boarding for pets.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

We provide services in Maple Valley, Covington, Black Diamond, Ravensdale, and Fairwood. Depending on if we are available, we can travel outside our service area for an extra fee.

At this time, we are only accepting cash, checks, and payments through Zelle.  

We currently do not accept credit cards.

We are licensed, insured and bonded.
